Cloth diapering with a HE washer

I was thinking of trying out cloth, but was reading that it's a pain with a HE washer, because the diapers soak up too much water in the wash. It also looks like there aren't a lot of HE detergents that are recommended for cloth diapers. (I googled HE washers and cloth diapers and found this site to be informative http://www.thestorkwearhouse.com/washing-cloth-diapers-a/136.htm)

Anyone use a HE washer for their cloth diapers? Or, is it just easier to use a diaper service if you have a HE washer at home?
