If you use a wipe warmer with cloth wipes have they ever

turned color? I have a Lionheart warmer and use the little pad that they sell. I just changed it and all of a sudden several wipes have black stains on them and so does the pad. I washed the wipes and the spots didn't come out. I clean the warmer and go through my wipes that are in it every other day.
