If you use CB spray...

...do you dilute it?

It says you can for wipes, but I just want to spray it on her to keep her fresh. She doesn't have a problem with rashes, but I'd like to keep on top of it. Oh, and she only pees in her diaper, so I don't have to worry about poo irritating her skin.
