help with prefolds

OK, so I am set and determined to learn hold to snappi prefolds, instead of just laying them in the cover. When we lay them in the cover poo gets on the cover and it defeats the purose. DS is becoming very wiggley and I think that just adds to the problem. I am trying the angel wing fold. Does anyone have pointers? Is there an easier fold?
