Is my GM EVER coming??

 I ordered a Prep Star on 1/7... and I still don't have it!! This week is the sixth week, and I know she says 4-6 weeks, but ppl got their Prep Stars weeks ago, and ppl are now getting diapers from later stockings. I've been in contact with them once, to let them know that we've moved and they changed my shipping address for me. But it still just says "processing" on the site. I want my GM!!!

Should I email them again to check on it, or wait until it's after the 6 week mark?
