Liners in Kissaluv Size 0's?

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has put liners in the KLS0s.My LO is apparently a heavy wetter, the can completely soak the diaper from front to back in 2 hrs.  I don't like that he has the wet against his skin and was thinking about putting bummies liners in there. Has anyone done this before?  And another question, for those who use fitteds, do any coming with a stay dry liner already in them to avoid this issue?
