Help me diagnose my problem!

DD has leaked in every single diaper the past day and a half. The other day, she peed right as I was taking her diaper off, on two different occasions, and it all pooled on top of the fleece liner (I use pockets) instead of absorbing right through into the insert.

I'm assuming I have a repelling issue, but from what I read on the internet, 'true' repelling is not common? I still think it might be,but wanted to get your opinions. And what is the best method to correct this?
