troubleshoot! solids poop destroyed my wash routine!

The introduction of solids has just wrecked my (once easy!) wash routine!

 

Current wash routine (that's not working) for HE front loader. I  wash every other day. 

Scrape poop. Spray poopy diapers in the utility sink. Cold wash,w/ detergent. Hot wash, w/detergent. Cold wash, no detergent.  I also have been adding water to each load manually.

 

And the pocket diapers that were pooped in still smell poopy! I can still see where there's some faint poo left in the wrinkles the when you stretch the leg elastic out. (My PFs, even the poopy ones, wash just fine.)

All the other diapers that weren't pooped in smell ok, but I'm hesitant to use them if some of the diapers are still poopy.
