Laundry Q: Not getting clean...

I've been washing my diapers in our shared laundry room for 3 months now, using Rockin' Green Hard Rock. I have an ancient machine with only 3 options - hot wash, warm wash, cold wash. I've been doing a warm wash to get the poo off. Hot wash to sanitize. Hot wash to rinse. It's been working for me fine until two weeks ago. Suddenly my diapers still smell like pee after the three washes. Tide works a little better but I can't use it with half of my stash. I have Funk Rock on the way but I'm wondering if any of you have advice.
