prepping different types of diapers - remind me please

Hi Ladies,

It's been so long since I've had to prep diapers, I only remember what to do for prepping prefolds.  I have a bunch of different types for this new baby and I'm not sure if I can prep them all at once or if I should do separate loads.  

I have a bunch of natural fiber fitteds - GM, Mutts, SBish, B4s

I also have fitteds with microfiber soakers - Nanipoos, Thirsties Fab Fitteds, BG bamboos

And I have just a couple BG aios and Lil Joeys - I know these only need 1 wash though.

So, can I prep all the fitteds together or should I do the all natural fibers separate from the others?  I also have a GM fitted that is a dark purple and I worry that it might bleed.  Should I do that separate?
