GM good.nights prep ?

Do I have to wash them 5 times before use? If so can I wash with regular clothes as well as diaper laundry? I shoul dbe getting mine soon and I'd like to test it out because I am tired of waking up to a wet baby (we bedshare sometimes). I have tried everything to alter our current nightime solution and we are still having occasional leaks, though not as bad or frequent - but I dont want leaks at all. Thanks!
