Rumparooz leaking at label??

My rumparooz and lil joeys have been leaking for a few weeks. I just realized that the leaks are coming from where the labels are on the back of the dipes.

I've contacted the company, but am waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone else had this issue with them? Is there a fix? Did you contact the company? Were they responsive?
