Tips on buying used cd's

I'm new at cloth diapering and am interested in purchasing some previously used cd's.  However, I am VERY reluctant to trust people.  Ie: are the diapers REALLY in good condition?  will you REALLY send the diapers to me after I pay you?  etc...  I know I'm probably the only person on earth, but I've never bought anything on craigslist or ebay for this reason.  I see girls on here all of the time posting about diapers that they have that are for sale and want SO bad to jump on some of them, but am having a hard time.  Is there anyway to see who has made legit previous sales on here, vs. someone who could potentially be trying to scam?  Any tips on how to purchase used would be much appreciated.  Thanks!!!
