Pocket Diapers - one size or sized?

I think I'm going with the Kissaluvs size 0 for the first few months, but after that I'm having trouble deciding between the one sized pocket diapers or getting them in different sizes.

I like the economical aspect of the one sized, but am wondering about how well they really fit throughout all that growth (part of this is not fully understanding how they transition as baby grows).

Can anyone help me decide?  Do the one size really fit and protect against leaks until potty training?  And what brand do you love?

Also, what do you love for inserts?  Hemp or bamboo, or something else?
