Anyone use the Flip?

How do you like them? I am looking for something where you place a prefold in the cover, but I also want it to grow with baby like the Flip so I don't have to keep buying different size covers.

I am new to CD so I am trying to weigh all my options. Any other brand out there like the Flip, but is better that you recommend?
