I need someone to explain how this whole GM thing works

So I know she stocks on Fridays, and that previews are on Thursdays both via Facebook.  But I'm confused as to how the rest of the process goes.

Does she ever remake certain diapers?  For example, I'm really, really wanting to purchase Vivi OS.  Any chance it will ever come back around?

Also, does she know how many she will be stocking each Friday?  I'm assuming since it takes 6 weeks to receive them, they must be made to order.  So how does she know how many she will be able to make?  I'm assuming (again) based on materials available.

Just trying to get a feel for how I may one day be able to buy a NIP diaper directly from the GM site.  I work most Fridays so it will probably not happen until I'm on maternity leave.
