Bad Diaper Rash

What do you do when LO has a bad diaper rash? DD got/has really bad diarrhea from an antibiotic she's taking, causing her to get a really bad rash. The Cali baby diaper rash cream was burning her and not healing it, so I put her back in sposies so I could put on Aquaphor/A&D. On a sidenote: I really appreciate CD's for the fact of no blowouts even with the worst diarrhea (sorry if it's tmi lol).....DD's been in sposies for 2 days and has had probably 5 blowouts already! Ugh
