Hello my name is Jenny. DH and I are currently TTC and I'm looking into the possibility of CDing. I know I have to get all my facts down before I bring it up to DH as the one time I mentioned it in passing he shot it down.
I've been going through your FAQ's and have found some great information there. Thank you for putting that together. One thing I would like to know more about is caring (washing, stripping) for CDs with a HE front loader washer. My searches so far on his subject have come back with varying opinions. I understand that a top loader is best but that a front loader can get the job done with a few extra steps.
So those that CD with HE washers, is it a big hassle to get your CDs clean? Does it take a lot more time? Do you think the extra cycles needed cancel out the savings (energy, water, $$) that is part of the appeal of both HE washers and CDing?
TIA.
